Flash fried or flame grilled – which will you choose? Whichever you decide, a giant flour tortilla is stuffed with crispy chicken, our house blend cheese, sweet multi-colored cherry tomatoes, and zesty pico de gallo. Ranch dressing and mild buffalo sauce are poured over it all, and it gets rolled up and then flash fried. The crispy crunchy outside breaks open and the bubbling cheese, ranch + mild buffalo sauce, and searing hot chicken all combine for a comforting, hearty, meal that is one of the most ordered items here at CRC.
Coal Run Craft low ‘n slow house smoked Baby Back Ribs are dry rubbed right here in house and then placed directly on the smoker rack over smoldering hickory chips over 12 hours. Right before we serve them to you, we broil a crispy, caramelized crust onto them for a perfect tender inside + crackling outside! Our Baby Back Dinner is a half rack of these smoke-roasted ribs, on a big bed of crunchable fries, and topped off with a side of Grandma Mae’s sensational ‘slaw and house made barbeque sauce.

This craveable salad features fresh cherry tomato halves, red onion slices, a pop of pepperoncini, pico de gallo, and Crispy Coal Run Craft Bacon – all on a bed of fresh, locally grown greens.

A generously sized bowl of fresh greens is topped with cherry tomatoes, pico de gallo, cucumber wheels, pepperoni slices, red onion, a pepperoncini, and your choice of dressing that will come on the side!
